3. All recipes are produced in controlled batches to ensure quality control & product integrity.
4. We are HACCP compliant measuring, documenting and verifying procedures and use Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Processes from shipping and receiving to storage and production. Every staff member is FoodSafe Certified and receive regular HACCP training.
5. Our ingredients are sourced locally from companies with similar values as ours and with the same high standards.
6. All efforts are used to source locally grown produce when seasonally possible.
7. Our packaging is made in North America where there are strict standards and protocols so that your food is safe and fresh.
